I am so fortunate to do what I do for so many reasons, one of the best though is that I have the flexibility to do it anywhere!

I recently returned from a trip to New York, where I was able to visit with my family for a whole week AND work!  In my opinion that is the best of BOTH worlds.  Another reason why I love what I do is because I am able to document my family’s story through the lens.  I don’t always travel home with all my gear but when I do I try to take advantage of that.  Although, weather prevented us from doing any formal sessions with my sisters and their families this go around I did have fun documenting their everyday lives.  Here are a few of my favorites I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.  I feel there is so much beauty and humor in daily life I am able to capture that can sometimes be overlooked.
